About Us
Since the 1997, TrimLine has manufactured progressive dies as well as transfer tooling. Our die craftsmen are experts in consolidating the forming of the most complex stampings into a single press stroke. Our 15,000 sq. ft., air conditioned die department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that greatly shortens die design and build time.
Many TrimLine die customers also enjoy the advantage of having their dies pretested under actual conditions on our stamping presses. TrimLine has a variety of presses in our 53,000 sq. ft. production facility. TrimLine has two 600 ton Minster Presses equipped with Wayne Trail transfer units that maximize raw material utilization. Many of our customers have realized 10 % reduction in raw material usage taking the progressive tooling to transfer tooling. These rugged, precision presses are equipped with automatic coil feeders, material straighteners, and preventative maintenance monitors.
The Company's aggressive on-going capital expenditure program continually updates our facility with the latest equipment and production procedures. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and maintain stringent QC and QA procedures.
We are a high-volume Metal Stamping company with full Tool and Die making capabilities.
