Minster State of the Art Press
TrimLine utilizes new state-of-the-art transfer and progressive die presses. These rugged, precision presses are equipped with automatic coil feeders, straighteners, and preventative maintenance monitors. Massive and structurally stable in all areas, they minimize deflection and retain high accuracy under full load, high speed conditions. TrimLine’s presses are serviced with 30,000 lb. overhead cranes. The primary job of our press operators is zero rejects and continuous improvement throughout the production process to deliver a quality part to the customer the first time.

Computer Aided MachiningTool making and quality stampings begin with good die design. Our skilled engineers will develop a tool design that will meet your die and stamping requirement. They utilize cost saving ideas that produce quality stampings and minimize future tooling maintenance.  The ability to build tooling in house and produce parts under production processes give us the ability to improve on tooling lead-times and deliver PPAP approved parts.
